Platform role

RentalCarScan lets you search offers and send requests to rental companies. The named company provides the vehicle and handles the rental agreement, handover, payment, deposit and assistance. This version does not collect rental payments.

Request and confirmation

A pending request is not a guaranteed booking. The company must accept it before collection. It expires after 24 hours or at pick-up time, whichever comes first. Check the status and confirm instructions with the company.

Prices and conditions

The total uses the applicable rates for the period. Each offer shows deposit, excess, minimum age and supplier conditions. Daily rates should include taxes and known mandatory charges. Optional services should only be agreed with prior price information. The request preserves the accepted offer.

Responsible use

Provide accurate contact details and use only accounts and data you are authorised to use. Do not submit abusive requests or misleading listings. Companies must keep prices, photos, conditions and availability updated. Publication requires operator approval and agreed commercial terms.

Changes and support

Report changes, cancellations and discrepancies using the request contacts and platform support. Specific offer conditions apply without excluding applicable mandatory rights.
