Cancel a pending request in “My booking” using your reference and private code. To cancel or change a confirmed booking, contact the rental company directly. Charges, deadlines and refunds depend on the offer conditions and applicable rights. The platform does not process refunds because it does not collect rental payments. There is no general promise of free cancellation.
